BreadBuilding as an alternative and fun way to engage teams

The word “company” comes from the Latin com (with) and panis (bread) ie. “Someone I share bread with,” and bread means peace, acceptance and goodwill! Breadbuilding is a team-building training to improve interpersonal skills and organizational climate. Breadbuilding develops soft skills, improves collaboration and confidence in the team, help participants experience positive emotions and achieve a sense of togetherness. Each event has a theme that unfolds throughout, which can relate to different stages of team life (e.g. setting goals and priorities, defining strengths and weaknesses, evaluating results achieved), or another important topic for the team, (e.g. challenges that each one faces; forthcoming change; common goal).
